Four Thousand Weeks transformed my relationship with time

(but not without some painful realizations)

Four Thousand Weeks was a quake book for me, meaning that it fundamentally changed my life perspective. It described, in painful accuracy, my tormented relationship with time. In doing so, it gave me an opening: a saner way to relate to time, FOMO, and my expectations of myself.
